Chichén Itzá
Chichen Itza rises imposingly in the east of Yucatan, its majestic Pyramid of Kukulcán recently declared one of the 7 Wonders of the World. The grandeur of the inheritance left by the Itzaes goes far beyond the main esplanade, the observatory, the sacred cenote, the ball game and the temple of the thousand columns, cenotes and caves.
The pictorial image of towns inhabited by authentic Maya is embodied in Chichén Itza.
Once the ceremonial center of the Mayan world, today it reaffirms its leadership in influence and supremacy to show the modern world the splendor of the immortal, erudite race of the Mayab.
